I like this dress Ciara is wearing but I've noticed a lot of controversy surrounding it. People either seem to love it or hate it. I'm on the love it side. It's creative and I think I can rock the h3ll out of it! Plus, this is the best I've seen Ciara look in a minute. I like the whole look, from the hair to the shoes.
